HAZRATE SUFIYAAN رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai, mohabbat ittebaa e RASOOL ﷺ hai.
Ek aur buzurg ka qaul hai ke mohabbat daaimi zikr ka naam hai, ek aur qaul hai ke mohabbat mehboob ko khud par tarjeeh
dena hai aur baaz ka qaul hai ke mohabbat ka naam hai duniya ke qiyaam ko bura samajhne ka , mazkoora baalaa sab aqwaal mohabbat ke samraat ki taraf ishaara karte hai , nafs e mohabbat ko kisi ne nahi chheda, baaz ne yeh kaha hai ke mohabbat naam mehboob ke un kamaalaat ka hai jiske idraak se dil majboor aur jiski adaayegi se zabaanein masdood ( ruki huwi ) hain.
HAZRATE JUNAID رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne duniya se ta’alluq rakhne waalon par mohabbat ko haraam kar diya hai aur farmaya har mohabbat kisi ewaz ke jawaab mein hoti hai , jab ewaz  khatam ho jaata hai mohabbat zaail ho jaati hai. HAZRATE ZUNNOON رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke us shakhs se jo shakhs ALLAH ki mohabbat ka izhaar kare, keh do ke kisi gair ke saamne zaleel hone se bachte rehna.

HAZRATE SHIBLI رحمت لله عليه se kaha gaya ke hamein aarif aur muhib ki taareef batlaaiyye , UNHONE kaha aarif agar baat karta hai to halaak ho jaata hai aur muhib agar chup rehta hai to halaak ho jaata hai aur AAPNE yeh ash’aar padhe :
1- aye meherbaan sardaar teri mohabbat mere dil ki gehraaiyon mein muqeem hai.
2- aye meri palkon se neend udaanewale jo kuch mujh par beeti,  tu usey jaanta hai.

Kisi doosre shaayar ka qaul hai:
1- mujhe uspar intehaayi ta’ajjub hota hai jo mujhse kehta hai tu ne meri mohabbat ko yaad kiya hai, kya main uski mohabbat bhool gaya hun jo  usey  yaad karun ?
2- jab main tujhe yaad karta hun to Mar jaata hun phir zinda ho jaata hun , agar mera husne zann naa hota to main kabhi  zinda naa hota.
3- pas main maut mein zindagi paata hun aur tere shauk mein maut paata hun , kitni martaba main tere liye zinda hota hun aur marta hun.
4- maine mohabbat ka jaam ke baad jaam piya, naa sharaab e mohabbat kam huwi aur naa hi main sair huwa .
5- aye kaash! Uska khayaal mera nasbul aiyn ho , jab bhi woh meri nazron se door ho , main andha ho jaata hun.

HAZRATE RAABIYA  ADWIYAA رضي الله عنها ne ek din kaha kaun hai jo hamein apne mehboob ka pata batlaaye, unki khaadima boli ke hamaara mehboob hamaare saath hai lekin duniya ne hamein us sey judaa kar rakha hai.
IBNUL JALAA رضي الله عنه se marwi hai, ALLAH TA’ALA ne HAZRATE ISAA عليه السلام ki taraf Wahi farmayi ke jab MAIN bande ke dil ko duniya aur aakhirat ki mohabbat se khaali paata hun to uske dil ko APNI mohabbat se bhar deta hun aur usey APNI hifaazat mein le leta hun.
Kehte hai ke JANAAB SAMNOON رحمت لله عليه ne ek din mohabbat ke muta’alliq guftagu farmaayi to unke saamne ek parinda utra aur apni chonch zameen par maarne laga yahaan tak ke us sey khoon behne laga aur woh Mar gaya  .
HAZRATE IBRAHIM BIN ADHAM رضي الله عنه ne kaha Aye ALLAH TU jaanta hai ke jannat TERE un in’aamaat ke muqaabla me jo MUJHE  wadee’at huwe hain, MERE nazdeek machchar ke par ke baraabar wazan nahi rakhti ,TU ne MUJHE APNI mohabbat se sarfaraaz kiya hai, APNE zikr ki ulfat bakshi hai aur  APNI azmat mein gaur o fikr karne ke liye faraagat marhamat farmaayi.
HAZRATE SIRRI SAQTI رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke jisne ALLAH se mohabbat ki woh zinda e jaaved huwa , jisne duniya se mohabbat ki woh be-aabroo huwa. Ahmaq subah wa shaam zillat of ruswaayi se basar karta hai aur aqalmand apne uyoob talaash karta rehta hai.

MUHASABA E NAFS :

ALLAH TA’ALA ne QURAN MAJEED mein nafs ke muhasaba ka hukm diya hai,
Farmane ILAAHI:
“AYE imaan waalon!  ALLAH se daro aur har nafs yeh dekhe ke usne kal ke liye kya bheja hai.”
Is aayat e karima mein is baat ki taraf ishaara hai ke insaan apne guzashta aamaal ka muhasaba kare isi liye HAZRATE UMAR رضي الله عنه ne farmaya qabl iske ke tumhara muhasaba ho , tum khud apna muhasaba karo aur is sey pehle ke tumhare aamaal toley jaayein tum khud apne aamaal tol lo.
Hadees shareef mein hai ke ek aadmi ne HUZOOR ﷺ se arz kiya mujhe naseehat kijiye , AAPNE farmaya kya tum naseehat ki talab mein aaye ho ? Arz ki jee haan , AAPNE farmaya jab kisi kaam ka iraada karo to uska anjaam soch lo , agar uska anjaam achcha ho to karlo aur agar uska bura anjaam ho to us sey ruk jao. Hadees shareef mein hai ,aqalmand ke liye munaasib hai ke woh 4 ghadiyon mein ek ghadi apne nafs ke muhasaba mein kharch kare.

 Farmane ILAAHI hai:
“Aur tauba karo ALLAH ki taraf mukammal tauba  aye mominon ! taaki tum falaah pao.
Aur tauba aisa feyl (kaam) hai jo kaam kar chukne ke baad sharmindagi aur pashemaani se muttasif hota hai.”
FARMANE NABAWI ﷺ hai ke MAIN din mein 100 martaba tauba karta hun aur ALLAH se bakshish talab karta hun. Farmane ILAAHI hai “Beshak woh log jo parhezgaar hain , jab unhein shaitaan ki taraf se wasaawis (waswase) aate hain to woh zikr karte hain, pas achaanak woh dekhnewale hote hain.”
HAZRATE UMAR رضي الله عنه jab raat taareek hoti to apne qadmon par chaabuk maarte aur apne nafs se kehte ke tu ne aaj kya amal kiya ? JANAAB MAIMOON BIN MEHRAAN رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke aadmi us waqt tak muttaqi nahi ban sakta jab tak woh kaam ke baad apne shareek yaa shareekon ke muhasaba se bhi apne nafs ka sakht muhasaba naa kare.

HAZRATE AYESHA رضي الله عنهما se marwi hai ke HAZRATE ABUBAKR رضي الله عنه ne MUJHSE waqt e wisaal farmaya ke MUJHE logon mein se koi bhi UMAR رضي الله عنه se mehboob nahi hai , phir AAPNE MUJHSE poocha ke MAINE kya kaha hai? MAINE AAPKA farmaan dohraaya to AAPNE farmaya ke MERE nazdeek UMAR se zyada baa-izzat koi shakhs nahi hai ,to goya AAPNE ek baat keh kar us par gaur farmaya aur usey doosre jumle mein tabdeel kar diya.
HAZRATE ABU TALHA رضي الله عنه se manqool hai ke jab UNHEIN UNKE baag ke parinde ne namaz ki taraf se tawajjoh hataa di to UNHONE us kotaahi ke badle mein intehaayi pashemaani ke aalam mein woh saara baag ALLAH ki raah mein waqf kar diya.

HAZRATE ABDULLAH BIN SALAAM رضي الله عنه ki hadees mein hai ke UNHONE lakdiyon ka gattha uthaaya to logon ne kaha AYE ABU YUSUF ! TERE ghar mein lakdiyaan maujood thi aur TERE gulaam bhi is kaam ke liye maujood the, TU ne yeh kaam kyun kiya ? To UNHONE jawaab diya ke MAIN apne nafs ka imtehaan le raha tha ke kahin yeh in kaamon ko bura to nahi samajhta.
JANAAB E HASAN رحمت لله عليه ka qaul hai ke momin apne nafs ka haakim hota hai aur uska muhaasaba karta rehta hai, un logon ka qayamat mein hisaab aasaan aur halka hoga jo duniya mein apne nafson ka muhaasaba karte rahe hai aur qayamat mein un logon ka sakht muhaasaba hoga jo duniya mein apne nafson ka muhaasaba nahi karte, phir muhaasaba ki tafseer mein farmaya ke achaanak momin ko koi cheez pasand aa jaati hai aur woh usey dekhkar kehta hai baKhuda tu mujhe pasand hai , tu meri zaroorat hai lekin afsos yeh hai ke tere aur mere darmiyaan hisaab haail hai , yeh hisaab amal se pehle ki misaal hai aur jab momin se koi lagzish (galti) sarzad ho jaati hai to woh khud se kehta hai tera is feyl se kya matlab tha, baKhuda main us par uzr pesh nahi karunga aur baKhuda agar ALLAH TA’ALA ne chaaha to main kabhi bhi aisa kaam phir nahi karunga.

HAZRATE ANAS BIN MAALIK رضي الله عنه se marwi hai ke ek din HAZRATE UMAR رضي الله عنه aur MAIN madina munawwara se baahar nikle yahan tak ke  WOH ek deewaar ke qareeb pohonche , MAINE suna WOH keh rahe the aur MERE aur UNKE darmiyaan ek deewaar haail thi , waah waa! UMAR BIN KHATTAAB رضي الله عنه AMEER UL MUMINEEN hai ! baKhuda aye nafs ! ALLAH se darr , warna WOH tujhe azaab karega.
JANAAB E  HASAN رحمت لله عليه is Farmane ILAAHI :
“Aur main malaamat karnewale nafs ki qasam khaata hun.”
ki tafseer mein farmate hai ke momin se jab koi galti hoti hai  to woh apne nafs ka ta’aqqub karta hai ke tera is baat se kya iraada tha? Tera iraada mere khaane aur peene se manshaa kya tha ? Aur badkaar qadam  ba qadam aagey badhta rehta hai magar gunaahon par muhaasaba e nafs nahi karta.

JANAAB MAALIK BIN DEENAAR رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai,  ALLAH TA’ALA us bande par rehem kare jisne apne nafs se yeh kaha ke tu ne aisa aisa kaam anjaam nahi diya phir uski khidmat ki , uski naak mein nakel daal kar KITAABULLAH ki pairwi ko uske liye laazmi qaraar de diya, aisa shakhs apne nafs ka qaaid hoga aur haqeeqat mein yahi nafs ka muhaasaba hai,
JANAAB MAIMOON BIN MEHRAAN رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke muttaqi shakhs apne nafs ka zaalim baadshah aur bakheel hissadaar se bhi zyada muhaasaba karta hai.
JANAAB E IBRAHIM TAIMI رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke MAINE APNE nafs ke saamne Jannat ki misaal pesh ki , uske phal khaana, uski nehron se paani peena aur uski paakeezah aurton se mel-milaap rakhne ki tafseel bayaan ki , phir MAINE APNE nafs ko jahannam ki tafseel sunaayi yaani uska thuhar-khaana, uski peep peena aur uske bhaari zanjeer aur tauq gale mein pehenne ka bataakar kaha, tujhe in do mein se kaunsi cheez pasand hai? Nafs bola, mera iraada hai ke duniya mein jaakar nek amal karke aaun, tab MAINE us sey kaha ke filhaal tujhe mohlat mili huwi hai, lihaaza khoob nek aamaal karle.

JANAAB MAALIK BIN DEENAAR رضي الله عنه kehte hai MAINE HAJJAAJ  ko khitaab karte huwe suna, woh keh raha tha, ALLAH TA’ALA us bande par rehem farmaye jisne apna hisaab doosre ke paas jaane se pehle khud hi apne nafs ka muhaasaba kar liya , ALLAH TA’ALA us bande par rehem farmaye jisne apne amal ki lagaam pakadkar socha ke main aisa kaam kyun kar raha hun, ALLAH TA’ALA us bande par rehem farmaye jisne apni bharti ko dekha , ALLAH us bande par rehem farmaye jisne apne aamaal ke meezaan ko dekha aur isi tarah kehta raha yahaan tak ke MAIN ro pada, (lekin HAJJAAJ ke mazaalim aur sulaha (nekon) wa abraar par uski cheera-dastiyon ne khud usko kabhi apne nafs ka muhaasaba ka mauqa nahi diya .)
JANAABE AHMED BIN QAIS رحمت لله عليه ke ek saathi ki riwaayat hai ke main Unke saath rehta tha, Unki raat ki ibaadat umoomi taur par duaaon par mushtamil hoti thi aur woh charaag ki taraf aate uski lau me apni ungli rakh dete  yahan tak ke uspar aag ka asar mehsoos kiya jaata, phir apne nafs se mukhaatib ho kar kehte aye haneef ! Tujhe falaan falaan din kisi cheez ne aise-aise kaam karne par uksaaya tha, tujhe falaan din kaunsi cheez ne aise bure amal par aamaada kiya tha.
