HARAAM KHAANE KI MAZAMMAT :Farmane ILAAHI hai:
“Aur tum ek doosre ka maal naahaq naa khao”
Is aayat ke maanaa mein ikhtelaaf hai lihaaza isey sood, jua, gasab, chori, khayaanat, jhooti gawaahi aur jhooti qasam khaa kar maal hathiyaane ke maano mein liya gaya hai ,

HAZRATE IBNE ABBAS رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai , is sey muraad woh cheezein hai jo insaan naahaq haasil kar leta hai. kehte hai ke jab ye aayat naazil huwi to logon ne ek doosre ke yahaan kuch khaana peena bhi mamnoo samajh liya , tab Surah Noor ki ye aayat naazil huwi “tumpar koi muzaaiqa (harj) nahi hai ke tum apne gharon se, aur apne waalidain ke gharon se khao” aur baaz ne kaha hai ke is sey muraad galat baye’ ( khareed o farokht) hai aur  HAZRATE IBNE MASOOD رضي الله عنه ke is qaul se ke “ye aayat muhkamaat mein se hai jiska hukm qayamat tak baaqi rahega.” is sey ye muraad hai ke naahaq tareeqe se khaana har us cheez ko shaamil hai jo galat tareeqe se haasil ki jaaye chaahe woh zulm kar ke li jaaye jaise gasab, khayaanat aur chori wagairah, yaa lahv o laib (khel-kood) se haasil ki jaaye jaise jua yaa khel- kood ke zariye haasil kare, yaa makr aur dhoke se haasil ki jaaye jaise naajaiz taur par khareed o farokht ki jaaye aur MERE is qaul ki taaeed mein baaz Ulema ka qaul bhi hai ke ye aayat insaan ke apne maal ko bhi naajaiz tareeqon se kharch karne ki mumaani’at par dalaalat karti hai aur doosron ke maal ko mazkoorah-baalaa soorton mein se kisi soorat mein haasil karne ki bhi mumaani’at karti hai.

Aur Farmane ILAAHI hai “magar ye ke tijaarat ho ” is mein istisnaaye munqata’ hai yaani tijaarat ke zariye tum maal le sakte ho kyunki tijaarat us jins mein se nahi hai jiski mumaani’at kardi gayi hai, khwaah isko kisi maana par mahmool kiya jaaye aur iski taaweel sabab se karna taaki istisna muttasil ban jaaye, durust nahi hai agarche tijaarat tabaadle ke aqd ke saath khaas hai magar doosre dalaail ki raushni mein iska itlaak qarz wa hiba par bhi hota hai aur Farmane ILAAHI  se yeh muraad hai ke khush dili aur jaaiz tareeq par ho, khaane ka khusoosi zikr karna qaid lagaane ke liye nahi hai balki sirf isliye hai ke aam taur par khaana hi maqsood hota hai ,  is silsile ke dalaail kaseer aur Ahaadees e muqaddasa mein iske muta’alliq waarid shudaa tambihaat beshumaar hai jin mein se hum baaz ka zikr kiye dete hai.

Muslim wagairah mein HAZRATE ABU HURAIRAH رضي الله عنه se marwi hai ke HUZOOR ﷺ ne farmaya ALLAH TA’ALA paak hai, WOH paak cheezon ko qubool farmata hai aur USNE mominon ko wohi hukm diya hai jo USNE RASOOLON ko diya hai , chunaanche Farmane ILAAHI hai:
“AYE RASOOLON ! Paakeezah cheezon mein se khao aur achche amal karo.”
Aur doosri aayat mein farmaya:
“AYE MOMINON ! HAMARE diye huwe rizq mein se paakeezah cheezein khao.”
Phir AAPNE aise aadmi ka tazkira farmaya jo taweel safar ke baad bikhre baalon aur gubaar aalood chehre ke saath aata hai aur aasmaan ki taraf haath uthakar AYE ALLAH ! AYE ALLAH ! kehta hai haalaanke uska khaana peena, libaas aur gizaa sab haraam hota hai , is soorat mein uski dua RABB E JALEEL kaise qubool farmayega.

Tibraani ne asnaad e hasan se ye riwaayat ki hai ke rizq e halaal talaash karna har musalmaan par waajib hai, tibraani aur baihaqi ki riwaayat hai ke faraaiz e namaz ke baad rizq e halaal talab karna bhi farz hai, Tirmizi aur Haakim ki hadees hai ke jisne halaal khaaya yaa sunnat ke mutaabiq amal kiya aur log uske shar se mehfooz rahe, woh jannat mein jaayega.
SAHABA E KIRAAM ne arz ki Yaa RASOOLALLAH ﷺ ! Yeh cheez to AAPKI ummat mein bohot hai, AAPNE farmaya MERE baad kuch waqt aisa hi hoga.
Ahmed wagairah ne asnaad e hasan ke saath riwaayat ki hai, jab tere andar chaar cheezein ho to duniya ki kotaahiyaan tujhe nuksaan nahi degi, amaanat ki nigehbaani , sach bolna , husne khalq (achhe bartao) aur rizq e halaal.

Tibraani ki hadees hai, uske liye khushkhabri hai jiska kasb oomdah, baatin sahi, zaahir baa-izzat aur log uske shar se mehfooz ho, usey khushkhabri ho jisne ilm ke saath amal kiya , zaaid maal raahe KHUDA mein kharch kiya aur gair zaroori baatein karne se ijtenaab (parhez)  kiya.
Tibraani mein hai , HUZOOR ﷺ ne farmaya Aye SAAD ! halaal ka khaana khaa, teri duaein qubool hongi, qasam hai US ZAAT ki jiske qabza e qudrat mein MOHAMMED ( ﷺ) ki jaan hai, jab aadmi apne pet mein haraam ka luqma daalta hai to uski wajah se uski 40 din ki ibaadat qubool nahi hoti, jo banda haraam se apna gosht badhaata hai (jahannam ki)  aag uske bohot qareeb hoti hai.
Musnade bazaaz mein ba-sanad e munqar riwaayat hai ke uska Deen nahi jismein amaanat nahi aur naa us shakhs ki namaaz aur zakaat hai jisne haraam ka maal paaya aur usmein se qameez pehen liya , uski namaz qubool nahi hogi, jab tak ke woh usey utaar nahi deta kyunki SHAAN E ILAAHI us cheez se buland o baalaa hai ke WOH aise shakhs ki namaaz qubool kare yaa koi aur amal qubool kare ke jiske jism par haraam ka libaas ho.

Ahmed ne HAZRATE IBNE UMAR رضي الله عنهما  se riwaayat ki hai, UNHONE farmaya jis shakhs ne 10 dirham ka kapda khareeda aur usmein ek dirham haraam ka tha, jab tak woh kapda uske jism par rehta hai , ALLAH TA’ALA uski namaaz qubool nahi farmata, phir UNHONE apne dono kaanon mein ungliyaan daakhil karke farmaya ke agar MAINE NABI E KAREEM ﷺ ko yeh farmate huwe naa suna hota to yeh dono behre ho jaayein.
Baihaqi ki riwaayat hai ke jisne chori ka maal khareeda haalaanke  woh jaanta hai ke yeh chori ka maal hai to woh bhi uski ruswaayi aur gunaah mein shareek hoga.
HAAFIZUL MUNZIRI ne qaabil e hasan asnaad ya mauqoof sanad ke saath aur Ahmed ne ba-sanad e jaiyyad ye Hadees naql ki hai ke HUZOOR ﷺ ne farmaya qasam hai USKI JISKE DASTE QUDRAT mein MERI jaan hai ke tum mein se koi apni rassi lekar pahaad ki taraf nikal jaaye aur lakdiyaan ikhatti karke peeth par laadkar le aaye aur unhein bechkar khaaye woh us sey behtar hai ke woh apne munh mein haraam ka luqma daale.

IBNE KHUZAIMA aur IBNE HIBBAAN ne apni sahih mein aur Haakim ne ye Hadees naql ki hai ke jis ne haraam ka maal jamaa kiya, phir usey sadqa kar diya to usey koi aur ajr nahi milega aur uska gunaah usi par rahega .
Tibraani ki Hadees hai ke jisne maal e haraam haasil karke us sey kisi ko aazaad kiya aur silah rehmi ki, yeh uske liye sawaab ki bajaaye azaab aur gunaah ka moojib hoga.
Ahmed wagairah ne yeh Hadees naql ki hai, jiski sanad ko baaz Muhaddiseen ne hasan kaha hai ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne jaise tumhare darmiyaan rizq taqseem kar diya hai aise hi aadaton ko bhi baant diya hai.
ALLAH TA’ALA har insaan ko , khwaah woh duniya ko achcha samajhta ho yaa bura , duniya deta hai aur Deen usey deta hai jo Deen ko pasand karta hai aur ALLAH TA’ALA jisey Deen deta hai usey Mehboob rakhta hai, bakhuda banda us waqt tak kaamil musalmaan nahi banta jab tak ke uski zabaan aur dil Islam naa laaye aur uski zabaan aur dil se log salaamat naa rahein aur us waqt tak banda momin nahi banta jab tak uske humsaaye uske keene aur zulm se mehfooz naa ho aur banda haraam ki kamaayi se jo kuch haasil karta hai usmein se uska sadqa qubool nahi hota aur naa hi raahe KHUDA mein usko dene se uske maal mein barkat hoti hai aur jo maal woh apne peeche chord jaata hai woh uske liye jahannam ka saamaan hota hai, beshak ALLAH TA’ALA buraayi se buraaiyyon ko nahi mitaata balki nekiyon se buraaiyyon ko mitaata hai, beshak khabees cheez se khabees cheez nahi mit-ti.

Tirmizi ne hasan , sahih aur gareeb qaraar de kar yeh Hadees naql ki hai ke HUZOOR ﷺ se un cheezon ke baare mein poocha gaya jinki wajah se Aksar log jahannam mein jaayenge, AAPNE farmaya munh aur sharmgaah, aur un cheezon ke muta’alliq sawaal kiya gaya jinke sabab Aksar log Jannat mein jaayenge, AAPNE farmaya khauf e KHUDA aur husne khulq (achhe akhlaaq).
Tirmizi ne ba-sanad e sahih yeh riwaayat ki hai ke banda us waqt tak qayamat ke din nahi hilega jab tak ke us se chaar cheezon ka sawaal nahi ho jaayega, usne apni umr kaise poori ki, apni jawaani kin kaamon mein sarf ki , maal kaise haasil kiya aur kahaan kharch kiya aur apne ilm par kitna amal kiya.

Baihaqi ki Hadees hai ke duniya hari-bhari aur meethi hai, jis shakhs ne is mein halaal tareeqe se maal kamaaya  aur usey sahi taur par kharch kiya, ALLAH TA’ALA usey uska sawaab dega aur usey Jannat mein daakhil farmayega aur jisne usmein najaaiz tareeqon se maal kamaaya aur naajaaiz tareeqon se usey kharch kiya , ALLAH TA’ALA usey jahannam mein bhejega aur un bohot se logon ke liye jo maal ki mohabbat mein ALLAH aur USKE RASOOL ﷺ ko bhool jaate hai , qayamat ke din jahannam hoga, ALLAH TA’ALA farmata hai:
“Jab woh bhunne lagegi HUM uski sozish (jalan) aur zyada kar denge.”
Ibne HIBBAAN ne apni sahih mein yeh Hadees naql ki hai ke jo gosht aur khoon haraam ke maal se paida huwa uspar Jannat haraam hai aur jahannam uski zyada mustahiq hai.
Tirmizi ki riwaayat hai ke jo gosht maal e haraam se parwarish paata hai , aag uske liye zyada munaasib hai. ek riwaayat hai ke jo gosht naajaiz tareeqon se haasil karda maal se parwarish paaye, uske liye aag zyada munaasib hai. ek aur riwaayat mein ba-sanad e hasan naql kiya gaya hai ke woh jism Jannat mein nahi jaayega jisne haraam maal se giza haasil ki ho.
