BAAB 95 Mukashifatul Quloob

Nikaah itaa’at ki ek qism hai lihaaza biwi khaawind ki mutee’ hai aur uspar laazim hai ke khaawind us sey jo kuch talab kare woh uski itaa’at

kare ba-sharte ke woh usey ALLAH TA’ALA ki naafarmaani ka hukm naa de. Biwi par khaawind ke huqooq ke muta’alliq bohot si ahaadees waarid huwi hai, irshaad e NABAWI ﷺ hai ke jo aurat is haalat mein mare ke uska khaawind us sey raazi ho, woh jannat mein jaayegi.
Ek shakhs safar par rawaana huwa aur usne apni biwi se ahed (waada) liya ke woh upar se neeche naa utre , uska baap neeche rehta tha , woh beemaar ho gaya, Us aurat ne HUZOOR ﷺ ki khidmat mein aadmi bhej kar baap ke paas jaane ki ijaazat talab ki, HUZOOR ﷺ ne farmaya ke apne khaawind ki itaa’at kar, phir woh mar gaya aur aurat ne phir ijaazat talab ki to HUZOOR ﷺ ne farmaya apne khaawind ki itaa’at kar, uske baap ko dafan kar diya gaya aur HUZOOR ﷺ ne usey khabar di ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne uske khaawind ki itaa’at ki wajah se uske baap ko baksh diya hai.

NABI E KAREEM ﷺ ka farmaan hai ke jab aurat ne paanch namaazein padhi, maahe ramzan ke roze rakhe, apni ismat ki hifaazat ki aur apne shohar ki itaa’at ko islaam ki mubaadiyaat mein shaamil farmaya woh apne PARWARDIGAAR E TA’ALA ki jannat me chali gayi.
HUZOOR ﷺ ki khidmat mein aurton ka tazkira hua to AAPNE farmaya haamila, bachcha janne aur doodh pilaanewali , apni aulaad par meherbaani karnewali aurtein, agar apne shohar ki naafarmani naa karein to unmein jo namaz padhnewaali hai woh jannat mein daakhil hogi.
RASOOL E AKRAM ﷺ ka irshaad hai ke MAINE jahannam ko dekha hai usmein rehnewaali aksar aurtein thi to khawaateen mein se baaz ne arz kiya, Yaa RASOOLALLAH ﷺ ! Kiski wajah se ? AAPNE farmaya kasrat se laanat karti hai aur khaawind ki naafarmani karti hai yaani jo unhein zindagi guzaarne mein madad deta hai , uske shukriya ke bajaaye kufraan karti hai.

Doosri hadees mein aaya hai ke MAINE jannat ko dekha , usmein sabse kam aurtein thi, MAINE kaha auratein kahan hai ? JIBRAEEL ne kaha unhein do surkh cheezon ne mashgool kar diya hai , sone aur zaafraan ne, yaani zewaraat aur rangeen kapdon ne.
HAZRATE AYESHA رضي الله عنها se marwi hai ke HUZOOR ﷺ ki khidmat mein ek jawaan aurat ne aa kar arz ki YAA RASOOLALLAH ﷺ ! Main jawaan aurat hun mujhe nikaah ke paigaam aate hai magar main shaadi ko makrooh samajhti hun , AAP mujhe bataayein ke biwi par khaawind ka kya haqq hai ? AAPNE farmaya agar khaawind ki choti se edi tak peep ho aur woh usey chaatey to khaawind ka haq adaa nahi kar paayegi, usne poocha to main shaadi naa karun ? AAPNE farmaya ke tum Shaadi karo kyunki ismein bhalaayi hai.

HAZRATE IBNE ABBAS رضي الله عنه se marwi hai ke banu khas’am ki ek aurat HUZOOR ﷺ ki khidmat mein aayi aur kaha main gair-shaadi shudaa aurat hun aur shaadi karna chaahti hun , khaawind ke kya huqooq hai ? AAPNE farmaya biwi par khaawind ka yeh haq hai ke jab woh iska iraada kare, agar uske iraade ke waqt woh oont ki peeth par ho tab bhi usey naa roke.
Khaawind ka yeh bhi haq hai ke biwi uske ghar se uski ijaazat ke bagair koi cheez naa de agar usne bilaa ijaazat kuch de diya to gunaahgaar hogi aur khaawind ko sawaab hoga , biwi par yeh bhi haq hai ke khaawind ki ijaazat ke bagair nafli roze naa rakhe , agar usne aisa kiya to woh bhooki pyaasi rahi aur uska roza qubool nahi hoga aur agar ghar se khaawind ki ijaazat ke bagair baahar nikle to jab tak woh waapas naa ho jaaye yaa tauba naa kare , farishte uspar laanat karte rehte hain.

SHOHAR KA MARTABA :

HUZOOR ﷺ farmate hai ke agar MAIN kisi ko kisi ke liye sajde ka hukm deta to aurat ko hukm deta ke woh apne khaawind ko sajda kare kyunki khaawind ke biwi par bohot huqooq hai.
Farmaane NABAWI ﷺ hai aurat us waqt RAB TA’ALA se zyada qareeb hoti hai jab woh ghar ke andar ho aur aurat ka ghar ke sehen mein namaaz padhna masjid mein namaaz padhne se zyada afzal hai aur ghar ke andar wale ghar mein uski namaaz ghar mein namaaz se afzal hai, yeh AAPNE mazeed parda nasheeni ke liye farmaya, isiliye farmane NABAWI ﷺ hai ke aurat saraasar barhangi hai, jab woh nikalti hai to shaitaan usey jhaankta hai, neez farmaaya ke aurat ke liye dus (10) barhangiyaan hai, jab woh Shaadi karti hai to khaawind uski ek barhangi dhaanp leta hai aur jab woh marti hai to qabr uski tamaam uryaaniyaañ chupa leti hai.

Aurat par khaawind ke bohot se huqooq hai, unmein se do baatein ahem hai, unmein se ek nigehbaani aur parda hai, doosra haajat ke ilaawa deegar cheezon ka mutaalba naa karna aur mard ki haraam ki kamaayi se haasil kardaa rizq se parhez, guzashta zamaane mein aurton ka yahi kirdaar tha chunaanche aadmi jab ghar se baahar nikalta to uski biwi yaa beti us sey kehti ke haraam ki kamaai se bachna kyunki hum dukh-dard aur bhook bardaasht kar sakte hai magar jahannam ki aag bardaasht nahi kar sakte.

Guzashta logon mein se ek aadmi ne safar ka iraada kiya to uske hamsaaiyon ne uske safar ko achcha naa samjha aur unhone uski biwi se kaha tu uske safar par kaise raazi huwi haalaanke usne tere liye kharch wagaira nahi chorda, aurat ne kaha mera khaawind jab se main usey jaanti hun maine usey bohot khaanewala paaya hai , rizq denewaala nahi paaya, mera RAB raaziq hai, khaane wala chala jaayega aur rizq denewaala baaqi rahega.

MOHTARMA RAABIYA BINTE ISMAIL ne HAZRAT E AHMAD BIN ABI HAWAARI ko nikaah ka paigaam diya magar UNHONE APNI ibaadat guzaari ki wajah se shaadi ko naa-pasand kiya aur UNSE jawaab mein kaha BAKHUDA ibaadat ki mashgooliyat ki wajah se MUJHE aurton se mohabbat aur uns nahi raha. RAABIYA ne kaha MAIN AAPKO APNE shugal se munharif karne aur khwaahishaat ki takmeel ke liye nikaah ka paigaam nahi de rahi hun balki MAINE APNE saabiq khaawind ke warsa mein se maal e kaseer paaya hai , MAIN chaahti hun ke yeh maal AAPKE nek bhaiyyon par kharch karun aur AAPKE sabab MUJHE AAPKE bhaiyyon ka pata chal jaayega aur MAIN nekon ki khidmat karke ALLAH TA’ALA ka raasta paa lungi.
JANAAB E AHMAD رحمت لله عليهne kaha MAIN APNE shaikh se ijaazat le lun, chunaanche AAP APNE shaikh , HAZRAAT E ABU SULAIMAN DAARAANI رحمت لله عليه ki khidmat mein aaye , kehte hain ke JANAAB E ABU SULAIMAN APNE mureedeen ko shaadi se mana kiya karte the aur kehte the ke hamaare saathiyon mein se jisne bhi shaadi ki hai uski haalat digar-gooñ huwi hai , jab UNHONE RAABIYA ki baatein suni to MUJHSE farmaaya US SEY nikaah kar lo kyunki yeh WALIYA hai , BAKHUDA aisi baatein SIDDIQEEN ki hoti hai, JANAAB E AHMAD رحمت لله عليه kehte hain ke MAINE RAABIYA se nikaah kar liya. JANAAB AHMAD kehte hain ke MAINE uske baad teen aur aurton se nikaah kiya, RAABIYA MUJHE khoob khilaati aur khushbuein wagairah lagaati aur kaha karti ke APNI khushi aur quwwat ke saath APNI biwiyon ke paas jao , aur yeh RAABIYA shaam mein aisi pehchaani jaati thi jaise basra mein RAABIYA ADWIYA pehchaani jaati thi.

Biwi par yeh bhi laazim hai ke woh khaawind ke maal ko zaaya na kare balki uski hifaazat kare, farmaane NABAWI ﷺ hai , aurat ke liye halaal nahi ke khaawind ke ghar se uski ijaazat ke bagair kuch khaaye haan aisa khaana khaa sakti hai jiske kharaab hone ka andesha ho , agar biwi khaawind ki razaamandi se khaayegi to usey khaawind ke baraabar sawaab milega warna khaawind ki ijaazat ke bagair kuch khaayegi to khaawind ko ajr milega magar biwi par gunaah hoga.
Waalidain par haq hai ke woh ladki ki behtareen tarbiyat karein, usey aisi taleem de jis se woh oomda rehen sehen aur khaawind se behtar bartaav ke aadaab seekh jaaye jaisa ke marwi hai ke ASMA BINTE KHAARIJA ALFAZAARI ne APNI beti ki shaadi ke waqt us sey kaha , ab tum is nasheman se nikal rahi ho jo tumhara malja wa maaman tha, ab tum aise bistar par jaa rahi ho jis sey tumne kabhi bhi ulfat nahi ki tu uski zameen ban jaa woh tera aasmaan hoga tu uska bichona ban jaa woh teri imaarat ban jaayega tu uski baandi ban woh tera khaadim hoga, us sey kinaara-kash na rehna warna woh tujhse door ho jaayega , us sey door na hona warna woh tujhe bhool jaayega, agar woh tera qurb chaahe to uske qareeb ho , agar who tujhse door hona chaahe to tu bhi door ho jaa , uski naak, kaan aur aankh ki hifaazat karna taake woh tujhse oomda khushboo ke ilaawa aur kuch na soonghe, oomda baat ke siwa aur kuch na sune aur woh tujhe hamesha khoobsurat hi dekhe.

Ek shakhs ne kaha Bukhaari wa HUQOOQ E HAMSAAYA AUR MASAAKEEN PAR EHSAAN :Muslim mein hai, HAZRAT E MAIMOONA رضي الله عنها se marwi hai , UNHONE bagair HUZOOR NABI E KAREEM ﷺ se ijaazat liye gulaam ladki ko aazaad kar diya. Jab HUZOOR NABI E KAREEM ﷺ UNKI baari par UNKE paas tashreef laaye to UNHONE arz kiya YAA RASOOLALLAH( ﷺ), AAPKO ilm hai ke MAINE APNI laundi aazaad kar di. Irshaad farmaaya ke kya TU ne aazaad kar di. Arz ki haan farmaaya agar TUM APNE bhai behnon ko de deti to TUJHE zyaada sawaab milta.
