BAAB 76 Mukashifatul Quloob

RIYAAZAT WA FAZEELAT E AS’HAABE KARAAMAT :Yeh baat achchi tarah zahen nasheen kar leni chaahiye ke ALLAH TA’ALA jab kisi bande ki bhalaayi chaahta

hai to woh banda apne uyoob par nigaah daalta hai , jiski baseerat kaamil ho jaati hai , us sey koi gunaah poshidaah nahi rehta lihaaza jyunhi apne uyoob par muttela’ hota hai , uske liye unka ilaaj mumkin ho jaata hai lekin aksar jaahil apne uyoob se naa-waaqif hote hain woh doosre ki aankh ka tinka to dekh lete hai magar unhein apni aankh ka shahteer nazar nahi aata , jo shakhs apne uyoob par muttela’ hona chaahe uske liye chaar tareeqe hain

Pehla tareeqa : aise shaikh e kaamil ki sohbat ikhtiyaar kare jo apne uyoob ka aashna ho aur poshidaa nafsaani khwaahishaat khabaasaton se kama haqquhu waaqif ho , woh usey apne nafs ka haakim banaaye ibaadaat mein uske ishaaron par chale, yahi kuch mureed ko shaikh ke hukm par aur shaagird ko ustaad ke hukm par karna chaahiye taaki uska shaikh aur ustaad uske baatini uyoob aur unke ilaaj ki tashkhees kar sakein , hamare zamane mein is tareeqe ki bohot izzat hai.

Doosra tareeqa: aise dost ka hum-majlis bane jo saadiq, saahibe baseerat aur deendaar ho , aadmi usey apne nafs ka nigehbaan banaaye taaki woh dost uske ahwaal wa af’aal par nazar rakhe aur unmein se jo aadat aur zaahiri wa baatini aib nazar aaye woh usey uspar tambeeh kare. Aqalmand aur Akaabir e deen ka yahi tareeqa tha , HAZRATE UMAR رضي الله عنه farmaya karte the ke ALLAH TA’ALA us jawaan par rehem farmaye jo MUJHE MERE aibon par muttela’ kare aur AAP HAZRATE SALMAAN رضي الله عنه se APNE uyoob poocha karte the , WOH jab bhi aate AAP UNSE farmate kya AAPNE MERE andar koi aisi cheez paayi hai jisey AAP bura samajhte ho ? Aur HAZRATE HUZAIFA رضي الله عنه se farmaya karte (AAP munaafiqon ke baare mein NABI E KAREEM ﷺ ke raazdaan the ) farmaaiye kahin MERE andar AAPKO munaafiqat ki alaamatein to nazar nahi aayi ?AAPNE apne Jaleelul qadr aur azeemush shaan martabe ke baawajood APNE nafs ki dekhbhaal aur sarzanish se gaafil naa hote.

Jis kisi mein aqal waafir ( zyaada) aur buland shaan hoti hai woh takabbur se kinaarakashi kar leta hai aur apne nafs ki sarzanish se gaafil na hota aur isi wajah se buland maraatib par sarfaraaz huwa.
aise shakhs ko dost na rakho jo chasm-poshi se kaam lete huwe tumhein tumhare uyoob na batlaaye aur ek muqarrar hadd se badhne ki koshish na karte huwe tumhein apne muta’alliq andhere mein rakhe , neez aise logon ko dost banao jo haasid aur matlab-parast ho taaki woh tumhari nekiyaan bhi uyoobon (aibon) ki soorat mein dikhaayen aur tum unse sabaq haasil karo aur aise chasm-poshi karne wale dost se bacho jo tumhari buraaiyon ko khoobiyaan kahe.

Deendaar log ibtedaa e haal hi me is baat ke mutamanni hote the ke log unhein unke uyoob par muttela’ karein aur woh apni islaah kar lein lekin hamaari haalat yeh hai ke jo hamein naseehat karta hai aur hamein hamare uyoob batlaata hai , hum usey apna sabse bada dushman samajhte hain aur yehi baat insaan ke imaan ko kamzor kar deti hai, kyunki buri aadatein saanp bicchoo ki tarah dasne wali hai , agar hum se koi shakhs yeh keh de ke tumhare kapdon mein bichoo hai to hum uske ehsaan-mand hote hain , uska shukriya adaa karte hain , bichoo se bachao ki soorat aur usey maarne ki tadbeer karne lagte hain , haalaanke uski takleef sirf badan mehsoos karta hai aur ek do din se zyada uska dukh bhi baaki nahi rehta magar bure khasaail ki takleef dil ki gehraaiyon mein mehsoos ki jaati hai aur mujhe andesha hai ke yeh dukh maut ke baad bhi baaki rahega , agar hamesha baaki na raha tab bhi hazaar baras uski paadaash mein dukh dard jhelne padenge .
doosri baat yeh hai ke hum bajaaye iske ki naaseh ki naseehat sunkar apne un uyoob ke izaala ki fikr karein , apne mohsin ka shukriya adaa karein , ulta uske muqaable mein utar aate hai aur uski baaton ke jawaab mein yun kehte hain ke tum bhi aisa-aisa kaam kar chuke ho , hamein uski dushmani sachhi baaton par amal karne se rok deti hai aur yeh sab kuch dil ki sakhti ka nateeja hota hai jo kasrate gunaah se patthar se bhi zyaada sakht ho jaata hai , unka mamba wa markaz imaan ki kamzori hai lihaaza hum ALLAH TA’ALA se dua karte hain ke Aye RABBE ZULJALAAL! hamein raah e raast par chalne ki taufeeq de , hamein apne aib dekhne , unka ilaaj karne ki himmat de aur hamein APNI rehmat ke tufail har shakhs ka shukriya adaa karne ki taufeeq de jo hamein hamare aibon par muttela’ karein.

Teesra tareeqa: Apne dushmanon se apne uyoob sune Kyunki dushman ki aankh har aib ko zaahir kar deti hai, aqalmand insaan keena-parwar dushman se apne uyoob sun kar aise chashm-poshi karnewale dost se zyada nafaa haasil kar sakta hai jo uski taareef wa tauseef karta rehta hai aur uske aib chupaata rehta hai magar museebat yeh hai ke insaani tabeeyat dushman ki baat ko jhoot aur hasad mabni khayaal karti hai lekin aqalmand dushmanon ki baaton se bhi sabaq seekhte hai aur apne uyoob ki talaafi karte hai ke aakhir koi aib to zaroor hai jo uske dushmanon ki nigaah mein hai.

Chautha tareeqa: logon se ghulmil jaaye, unka jo fel (kaam ) usey achcha lage usey apnaaye aur jo fel usey bura lage usmein gaur o fikr kare ke kahin aisa to nahi ke usey apne uyoob doosre ke aaine mein nazar aa rahe hai kyunki momin momin ka aaina hota hai lihaaza doosron ke uyoob ke aaine mein apne aib talaash kare aur woh jaanta hai ke nafsaani khwaahish mein tabeeyat ek doosre ke qareeb hai , jo cheez ek zamane ke logon mein hogi woh doosre zamane ke logon mein bhi hogi lihaaza usey apne nafs mein talaash karna chaahiye aur apne nafs ko buri cheezon se paak karna chaahiye. HAZRATE ISAA عليه السلام se poocha gaya ke AAPKO adab kisne sikhaaya? AAPNE farmaya MUJHE kisine adab nahi sikhaaya balki MAINE jaahil ki jahaalat ko bura samajhte huwe us sey kinaara-kashi ikhtiyaar kar li.
Mazkoora baalaa tamaam tareeqe un logon ke liye hai jisey SHAIKH e kaamil , aqalmand, Saahib e baseerat, uyoob e nafs par intehaayi mushfiqaana tareeqe se naseehat karnewala, deen ke muaamlaat ko samjhaanewala, apne nafs ki takmeel e islaah karnewala aur bandagaane KHUDA ki islaah ka bedaa uthane wala rehbar naa mile, jisne aise SHAIKH e kaamil ko paa liya usne tabeeb e haaziq ko paa liya lihaaza usey uski sohbat laazim karni chaahiye kyunki yehi woh shakhsiyat hai jo usey uski beemaari se najaat dilaayegi aur is mohlik marz se najaat degi jo usey dheere dheere halaakat ki taraf le jaa rahi hai.Masjid banane ki fazilat in hindi

Samajh lo ke hum ne jo kuch zikr kiya hai agar tum usey ibrat ki nigaah se dekho to tumhari baseerat kamaal par pohonchegi aur ilm wa yaqeen ki wajah se tum par dil ki tamaam beemaariyaan , takleefein aur unke ilaaj zaahir ho jaayenge, agar tum us darja e kamaal ko naa paa sake tab bhi zaroori hai ke tumhara Imaan aur tasdeeq e qalbi faut naa hone paaye aur har us shakhs ki taqleed karo jo qaabil e taqleed ho kyunki ilm ki tarah Imaan bhi ke bhi darjaat hain aur ilm Imaan ke baad haasil hota hai chunaanche Farmane ILAAHI hai:
ALLAH TA’ALA un logon ko jo tum mein se Imaan laaye , buland martaba dega aur jinhein ilm diya gaya hai unhein darjaat diye jaayenge.”
Lihaaza jis shakhs ne yeh jaan liya ke nafs wa shehwaat e nafsaani ki mukhaalifat hi ALLAH TA’ALA ki taraf jaane ka raasta hai aur woh unke asbaab wa ilal tak kama haqquhu rasaayi haasil naa kar saka, woh imaandaaron mein se hai aur jab koi shakhs shehwaat ke in muaavineen par mutella’ hogaya jinka humne zikr kiya hai ” woh un logon mein se hai jinhein ALLAH TA’ALA ne ilm diya hai aur jinse ALLAH TA’ALA ne bhalaayi ka waada kiya hai.”

Aur jo shakhs in umoor ko madde nazar rakhte huwe Quran wa Sunnat aur Aulmaaye kiraam ke aqwaal se deen ki haqeeqat ko samajhta hai aur Imaan ki pukhtagi chaahta hai uska martaba buland o baalaa hai , farmaane ILAAHI hai :-
“Aur jisne nafs ko khwaahish se rok diya pas beshak jannat hi uska thikaana hai.”
aur mazeed irshaad farmaya:-
“Yehi woh log hai ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne jinke dilon ko taqwa ke liye khaalis kar liya hai.”
kaha gaya hai ke is se muraad yeh hai ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne unke dilon se khwaahishaat ki mohabbat salb (khatm) kar li hai.
farmaane NABAWI ﷺ hai ke momin 5 masaaib mein ghira hota hai , momin us sey hasad karta hai , munaafiq us sey adaawat rakhta hai , kaafir usey qatl karne ki koshish mein hota hai , shaitaan usey gumraah karta hai aur nafs us sey jhagda karta hai lihaaza saabit huwa ke nafs jhagdaalu dushman hai jis se muqaabla karna intehaayi zaroori hai.

Marwi hai ke ALLAH TA’ALA ne HAZRAT E DAWOOD عليه السلام ki taraf Wahi farmaayi, Aye DAWOOD ! khud bacho aur doston ko bhi khwaahishat ki pairwee karne se daraao kyunki dil dunyawi khwaahishaat mein magan hote hain , unki aql MUJHSE door ho jaati hai.
HAZRAT E ISAA عليه السلام ne farmaya us shakhs ke liye bashaarat hai jisne in waada kiye huwe inaamaat ki khaatir jo abhi nazron se gayab hain , zaahiri cheezon ki khwaahishaat tark kar di hai.
HUZOOR ﷺ ne SAHABA ki aisi jama’at se jo jihaad se aa rahe the , khush aamdeed ! kaha TUM jihaad e asgar se jihaad e akbar ki taraf waapas aaye ho , arz kiya gaya Ya RASOOLALLAH ﷺ ! jihaad e akbar kya hai ? AAPNE farmaya nafs se jihaad.
Farmaane NABAWI ﷺ hai ke mujaahid woh hai jo ALLAH TA’ALA ki ibaadat mein nafs se muqaabla karta hai , Farmaane NABAWI ﷺ hai ke apne nafs ke masaaib ko rok , uski khwaahishaat ki pairwee mein ALLAH TA’ALA ki naa-farmaani naa kar , jab qayamat ke din tera nafs tujhse jhagda karega to tere wajood ka ek hissa doosre par laanat karega , ALLAH TA’ALA agar tujhe baksh de aur tere aibon ko dhaanp le to yeh aur baat hai.
JANAAB E SUFIYAAN SAURI رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke MAINE nafs se badhkar kisi cheez ka mushkil ilaaj nahi kiya jismein kabhi mujhe faiyda aur kabhi nuksaan huwa .

JANAAB ABU ABBAS MAUSILI رضي الله عنه farmaya karte the aye nafs! naa to tu duniyadaaron ke saath reh kar aish o ishrat ke maze leta hai aur naa hi tu aakhirat ki talab mein nekiyon ke saath reh kar ibaadat wa riyaazat karta hai , goya tu MUJHE jannat aur dozakh ke darmiyaan rok raha hai , tujhe sharm nahi aati.
JANAAB E HASSAN رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke nafs sarkash jaanwar se bhi zyaada lagaam ka mohtaaj hai , JANAAB E YAHYA BIN MA’AZ رضي الله عنه ka qaul hai ke nafs ka riyaaz ki talwaaron se muqaabla kar , riyaazat ki 4 qismein hai , maamuli khana , maamuli sona , haajat ke waqt bolna aur tamaam logon se dukh uthaana , kam khaane se shehwaat mar jaati hai , kam sone se iraade paakeeza hote hain , kam bolne se salaamati ataa hoti aur logon se dukh uthaane ki wajah se insaan aala maraatib tak pohonch jaata hai. kisi insaan ke liye zulm ke waqt hausla se badhkar oomda cheez aur koi nahi hai , takaaleef mein sabr karna bhi isi tarah hai , jab bhi nafs gunaahon aur khwaahishaat ki taraf mailaan kare , fuzool guftagu karne ko khushgawaar tasawwur karne lage, us par kam khaane , kam sone aur bedaari ki talwaarein kheech kar usey kam bolne ki saza de, posheedgi mein ispar waar kar ! yahaan tak ke tu zulm aur inteqaam se mehfooz ho jaaye, tamaam logon ko iske aafaat se aman haasil ho , uski shehwaat ki taareekiyon ko mitaa, taaki uski gumraahi ki museebat se najaat paa le , tab tu paakeeza aur ruhaani wa nooraani asraar ka maalik ban jaayega.RIYAAZAT WA FAZEELAT E AS'HAABE KARAAMAT
phir tu us tez raftaar ghode ki tarah jo maidaan mein apni tez raftaari ke jauhar dikhaata hai , nekiyon aur ibaadat ki raahon mein apni subuk-rawi aur tez gaami ke jauhar dikhaana aur baag ke maalik ki tarah baag ki rawishon par chehel qadmi karna .

AAPNE mazeed farmaya ke insaan ke 3 dushman hai , duniya , shaitaan aur nafs , duniya ko chord kar is sey mehfooz reh , shaitaan ki mukhaalifat kar aur khwaahishaat chord kar nafs ke shar se mehfooz ho jaa.
kisi hakeem ka qaul hai ke jis shakhs par uska nafs gaalib aa jaata hai woh shehwaat ki mohabbat ka aseer ho jaata hai aur khwaahishaat ki jail ka qaidi ban jaata hai , nafs ke haath mein uski baagein hoti hain , woh us par zulm wa tashaddud karta hai aur jahaan chaahta hai , usey ghaseet kar le jaata hai lihaaza uska dil tamaam deeni fawaaid se mehroom kar diya jaata hai.

MAINE kaha jab AAP apne nafs ki khwaahishaat ki mukhaalifat karein, tab woh apne aap se kehne laga sun liya, maine saat martaba tujhe yahi baat batlaayi thi magar tu ne JUNAID ke siwa kisi ki baat sunne se inkaar kar diya tha, ab sun liya ke JUNAID kya kehta hai , phir woh chal diya aur jaane kahaan gaayab ho gaya?
