AMAANAT:

Farmaane ILAAHI hai:
ALLAH ne aasmaanon aur zameen aur pahaadon par amaanat pesh ki, wo use sambhaalne ke liye aamaada nahi hue.
Unhe khauf hua ke wo us amaanat ka haq adaa na kar sakenge aur azaab ke mustahiq honge, ya unhe khayaanat ka khauf laahiq hua. Is aayate karima mein Amaanat ke maani aisi ibaadat aur faraiz hai jinki adaayigi aur adme adaayigi se sawaab wa azaab waabasta aur muta’alliq hai.
QARTABI ka qaul hai amaanat deen ki tamaam shara’it wa ibaadaat ka naam hai. Ye jamhoor ka qaul hai aur qaul e sahi hai. iski tafseel mein kuch ikhtalaaf hai. IBNE MASOOD ka qaul hai, ye maal ki amaanat hai jaise amaanat rakha hua maal wagaira. Unse ye bhi marwi hai ke faraiz mein
sabse ahem maal ki amaanat hai.
ABU DARDA ka qaul hai ke janaabat ka gusl amaanat hai.
IBNE UMAR RADIYALLAHU TA’ALA ANHU ka qaul hai ke sabse pehle ALLAH TA’ALA ne insaan ki sharmgaah ko paida kiya aur farmaya, ye amaanat hai jo Main tujhe de raha hun, use be-raah rawi se bachana, agar tu ne uski hifaazat ki to Main teri hifaazat karunga, lihaaza sharmgaah amaanat hai, kaan amaanat hai, zabaan amaanat hi, pet amaanat hai, haath aur pair amaanat hai aur jis mein amaanat nahi uska Imaan nahi.
HAZRATE HASAN REHMATULLAH ALAIH ka qaul hai , jab amaanat aasmaanon , zameen, aur pahaadon par pesh ki gayi, jo ye tamaam mazaahir e kainaat aur jo kuch un mein hai , sakht bechaiyn hogaye. ALLAH TA’ALA ne unse farmaya, agar tum achche amal karoge , to tumko ajr ( badla) milega aur agar bure kaam karoge to Main azaab dunga to unhone uske uthaane se inkaar kar diya.
MUJAAHID ka qaul hai ke jab ALLAH TA’ALA ne AADAM ko paida kiya aur uspar amaanat pesh ki aur yahi kaha gaya to Unhone kaha Main is baar (bojh) ko uthaata hun.
Ye baat samajh lijiye ke zameen wa aasmaan aur pahaadon ko amaanat lene na lene ka ikhtiyaar diya gaya tha, unhe majboor nahi kiya gaya tha , agar unke liye zaroori qaraar diya gaya hota to majbooran unhe ye amaanat ka bojh uthaana padta.

QIFAAL wagaira ka qaul hai ke is aayat mein ‘arz’ se ek misaal di gayi hai ke zameen wa aasmaan aur pahaadon par unki bepanaah jasaamat ke baawajood shariat e mutahhara ke ahkaamaat ki zimmedaari agar unpar daali jaati to ye azaab o sawaab ki wajah se unpar giraa guzarti kyunki ye takleef hi aisi mohattam bishshaan (azeemushshaan) hai ke zameen o aasmaan aur pahaadon ka aajiz aa jaana ayn mumkin hai magar use insaan ne qubool kar liya chunaanche farmaane ILAAHI hai, AADAM ALAIHIS SALAAM par us waqt ye amaanat pesh ki gayi jabke misaaq (waada) ke waqt Unki aulaad ko Unki sulb ( reed ki haddiyaan) se nanhi munhi soorton mein nikaala gaya to AADAM ne ye baare amaanat qubool kar liya, farmaane ILAAHI hai…insaan ne is baare amaanat ko utha kar apne aap par zulm kiya aur wo is bhaari bojh ka andaaza na kar saka.
HAZRATE IBNE ABBAS RADIYALLAHU ANHU ka qaul hai, ye amaanat AADAM ALAIHIS SALAAM par pesh ki gayi aur farmaan hua ise mukammal taur par lelo, agar tum ne itaa’at ki tumhe baksh doonga , agar naafarmaani ki to azaab dunga, AADAM ALAIHIS SALAAM ne arz kiya ILAAHAL AALAMEEN maine ise mukammal taur par qubool kiya aur usi din asr se raat tak ka waqt hi guzra tha ke Unhone shajra e mamnua ko kha liya.
ALLAH TA’ALA ne Unhe apni rehmat mein le liya.
AADAM ALAIHIS SALAAM ne tauba ki aur siraat e mustaqeem par chalne lage.

AMAANAT KA MATLAB :

Amaanat imaan se mushtaq (bana hua) hai , jo shakhs amaanat e Khudawandi ki hifaazat karta hai, ALLAH TA’ALA uske Imaan ka muhaafiz hota hai, farmaane NABWI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM hai, uska Imaan nahi jisme amaanat nahi aur uska Deen nahi jis mein ahad (kasam) ka lihaaz nahi.
ek shaiyar kehta hai:
(sirf mafhoom diya jaa raha hai)
KHUDA usko halaaq kare jo khayaanat ko apni panaahgaah banaaye aur amaanat ki hifaazat se pehl-tahi (dheel) kare.
Usne diyaanat o murawwat ko chord diya to uspar zamaane ki paidarpai masaaib (museebat) aane lage.
Doosra shaiyar kehta hai:
(sirf mafhoom diya jaa raha hai)
Jo khayaanat ko apni aadat bana le wo us laayaq hai jo hawaadise (haadsaat ) zamaane ka shikaar hojaye.
Jo shakhs bad ahdi yaa ahadshikni karta hai , uspar musalsal masaaib naazil hote rehte hai. RASOOLALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya “Meri ummat us waqt tak bhalaayi par rahegi jab tak wo amaanat ko maale ganimat aur sadqe ko taawaan na samjhe ,” AAPKA farmaan hai “jisne tujhe ameen banaaya usko amaanat lauta de aur jisne tere saath khayaanat ki uske saath khayaanat na kar”.

BUKHARI wa MUSLIM ne is ko riwaayat kiya hai, “munaafiq ki teen nishaaniyaan hai, jab wo baat karta hai jhoot bolta hai, waada karta hai to khalfe ahad karta hai, ameen banaaya jaaye to khayaanat karta hai.” yaani jab koi use kisi baat ka raazdaar banaata hai to doosre logon ko batla deta hai ya amaanat lautaane se inkaar kar deta hai ye amaanat ka tahaffuz nahi kar paata ya use apne istemaal mein laata hai wagaira.
Amaanat ki hifaazat muqarrab farishton, Ambiya e kiraam, aur nek bandon ki pehchaan hai!
Farmaane ILAAHI hai ALLAH TA’ALA tumhe hukm deta hai tum amaanatein unke maalikon ko lautaao !
MUFASSIREEN E KIRAAM kehte hai ! Is aayat e kareema mein bohot se shar’i hukum maujood hai aur uska khitaab aam taur par tamaam waaliyon (haakimon) se hai, isliye waaliyon ke liye zaroori hai ke mazloom ke saath insaaf kare ! Izhaare haq se na ruke kyunki ye unke paas amaanat hai , aam taur par tamaam musalmaanon aur khaas taur par yateemon ke maal ki hifaazat kare .

Ulema ke liye laazim hai ki wo logon ko deeni ehkaamaat ki taaleem de kyunki Ulema ne is amaanat ke bojh ko uthaane ka ahad kiya hai , baap ke liye laazim hai ke wo apni aulaad ke saath achcha sulooq kare aur use achchi taaleem de kyunki ye uske paas amaanat hai.
Farmaane NABAWI hai :
Tum mein se har ek haakim hai aur har ek apni riaayaa ke baare mein jawaab denewala hai.(pas tumse tumhaari raiyyat ke baare mein sawaal kiya jaayega)
Zehrur riyaaz mein hai ke qayaamat ke din ek insaan ko ALLAH TA’ALA ki baargaah mein pesh kiya jaayega , KHUDAWAND TA’ALA farmayega, tu ne falaan shakhs ki amaanat waapas ki thi? Banda arz karega nahi, RAB TA’ALA hukm dega aur farishta use jahannam ki taraf le jaayega, wahan wo jahannam ki gehraayi mein us amaanat ko rakha hua dekhega , wo us amaanat ki taraf girega aur 70 saal ke baad wahan ponhchega , phir wo amaanat utha kar upar aayega, jab wo jahannam ke kinaare par ponhchega to uska paun phisal jaayega aur wo phir jahannam ki gehraayi mein gir jaayega , isi tarah wo girta rahega aur chadhta rahega , yahan tak ke NABI KAREEM SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki shafa’at (sifaarish) se use RABBE ZUL JALAAL ki rehmat haasil ho jaayegi aur amaanat ka maalik us se raazi ho jaayega.

KARZ KE SIWA SHAHEED KA HAR GUNAAH MAAF HO JAATA HAI:

HAZRATE SALMA RADIYALLAHU ANHU riwaayat karte hai ki hum NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki khidmat e waala mein haazir the ki ek janaaza laaya gaya taaki namaz adaa ki jaaye HUZOOR SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne poocha, ispar koi karz hai? Arz kiya gaya haan yaa RASOOLALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM!
AAPNE phir poocha isne kuch chhoda hai? arz ki gayi 3 dinaar, tab AAPNE namaz padhaayi, ek aur janaaza laaya gaya , AAPNE poocha ispar qarz hai? Arz kiya yaa RASOOLALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM nahi, AAPNE namaz padhaayi, phir teesra janaaza laaya gaya AAPNE poocha kya ispar qarz hai? Sahaba e kiraam radiyallahu ta’ala anhu ne arz kiya ji haan yaa RASOOLALLAH ! AAPNE farmaya isne apni jaidaad se kuch maal bhi chhoda hai? logon ne arz kiya YA RASOOLALLAH nahi, us waqt AAPNE sahaba e kiraam se irshaad farmaya tum iski namaaz padhlo lekin AAPNE nahi padhi.
HAZRATE QATAADAH RADIYALLAHU TA’ALA ANHU kehte hai ek jawaan ne NABI E KAREEM SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM se poocha agar main raahe KHUDA mein shaakir wa saabir , Imaan aur ummeed e sawaab lekar aage badhta hua shaheed ho jaun to ALLAH TA’ALA mere gunaahon ko maaf kardega? AAPNE farmaaya haan, jab wo jawaan khidmat se rukhsat ho gaya to AAPNE use bulaakar farmaya ALLAH TA’ALA qarz ke siwa shaheed ke har gunaah ko maaf kardeta hai.
